We are seeking a driven, inspirational Operations Manager to join our senior management team and lead the successful performance of our production operations.
What the role involves:
· Maximise profitability, drive operational excellence and develop continuous improvement strategies for production
· Lead the application of our high quality, legal and safety standards across all production and operation areas
· Develop and lead a high performing team to ensure the highest standards are delivered and provide guidance and coaching for those responsible for the day-to-day production operations.
· Prioritise our guiding principles of Value, Quality, People, and Innovation
· Work collaboratively with support functions to ensure the effective running of the production areas
What you will need:
· Production management experience within FMCG environment
· People leadership and management skills
· Resilience, tenacity, passion and energy
· Flexibility with working hours when needed to manage the factory effectively
