Role Overview
Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and food prep areas
Operating industrial dishwashers and manual pot wash
Assisting chefs with basic prep tasks as required
Ensuring stock, deliveries, and waste areas are organised
Supporting a smooth kitchen operation during busy service periods
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene procedures
