Our 7-bed home supports young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. We take a fully holistic approach, working closely with Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and wider clinical teams to create the best possible outcomes. It's a role filled with challenges, but also with the "huge small victories" that make a lasting difference.
