Up to £25,068.00 pro rata, depending on experience
22.5 hours per week (working Monday, Wednesday & Friday) - Flexibility to work between hours of 8am to 5pm

We are looking for a Outpatient Bookings Administrator in our Tunbridge Wells Hospital who will be responsible administering a large volume of email requests from referrals to appointments, ensuring the hospital meets its service deliverables whilst exceeding customer expectations. Preferably you will hold a NVQ level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent and experience of working in a customer facing environment, to help us build a healthier nation.
The person
To succeed as an Outpatient Bookings Administrator, you will need:

Experience of working in a busy call handling environment

Confident, outgoing, great telephone manner

Ability to build relationships with all customers including patients, consultants, secretaries and GP surgeries

Computer literacy, database and outlook skills essential

Positive outlook to change, ability to adapt, flexibility to working hours.
