We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking clinical leader to head our Outpatient and Pre-Assessment Nursing Teams. This is a pivotal role for someone who combines clinical credibility with a commercial mindset, and who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership to outpatient and pre-assessment nursing services Drive excellence in patient care, ensuring services are safe, effective, and responsive Champion clinical governance, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and development of nursing staff Support financial and performance targets, contributing to the department's commercial success About You Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting, ideally within outpatient or pre-assessment services Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets and driving service efficiency Excellent communication, influencing, and team-building skills Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement in patient care Helping you feel good.
