In this role, you will supervise the delivery of high-quality advice and guidance on a wide range of topics, including student finance, visas, accommodation, disability and inclusive support, and graduation. You will also act as deputy for the relevant Student Support Coordinator when needed. Alongside leading the team, you will take ownership of medium to complex student cases, working closely with colleagues across the University to provide specialist support.
