Location: Kensington & Chelsea, with occasional travel to North and East London
Salary: £19 per hour (PAYE, temporary), rising to £38,500 when permanent

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trade Plumber to join a team delivering day-to-day reactive maintenance across social housing properties. The role primarily covers Kensington & Chelsea, with occasional travel to properties in North and East London. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving plumbing and maintenance issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out reactive plumbing and maintenance tasks in social housing properties

  • Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues promptly

  • Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

  • Maintain accurate records of work completed

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a plumber or multi-trade maintenance operative

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Good communication skills

  • Relevant plumbing qualifications and certifications

  • Willingness to travel across London as required
