About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trade Plumber to join a team delivering day-to-day reactive maintenance across social housing properties. The role primarily covers Kensington & Chelsea, with occasional travel to properties in North and East London. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving plumbing and maintenance issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out reactive plumbing and maintenance tasks in social housing properties

Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues promptly

Requirements:

Proven experience as a plumber or multi-trade maintenance operative

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel across London as required
