Summary
Property Maintenance Services Ltd is a growing, multi-disciplinary provider of property maintenance, repairs, compliance services, void works, and housing support across the Midlands. We work in partnership with housing associations, estate agencies, landlords, and commercial organisations to deliver a dependable, high-quality service built on professionalism, responsiveness, and trust.
Due to continued expansion, we are appointing an experienced Sales Manager to drive new business growth, enhance our commercial strategy, and support the next phase of our organisational development.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to drive sustained business growth across all service lines.
• Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with housing associations, estate agents, landlords, contractors, and commercial partners.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, client engagement, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure.
• Lead on tenders, framework submissions, and structured proposals with accuracy and professionalism.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to support retention and repeat business.
• Produce detailed and accurate reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline development.
• Collaborate effectively with the operations and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Represent the organisation at meetings, events, and networking opportunities with professionalism and confidence.
Essential Experience & Skills
We require an individual who brings significant, demonstrable experience and can operate independently with a high level of competence.
• Minimum 3–5 years proven experience in a senior B2B sales role, ideally within property maintenance, housing, or facilities management.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritise a diverse workload autonomously.
• Proficient in CRM systems and data-driven sales methodologies.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build structured business cases and pricing proposals.
• Professional demeanour with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
