-Compliance Manager Location: Russells Hall Hospital, Dudley Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm)About the RoleMitie is seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance Manager to join our team at Russells Hall Hospital in Dudley. This is a replacement role, offering a fantastic opportunity to lead compliance efforts on a challenging and high-profile contract.You'll be responsible for ensuring adherence to CDM regulations, health & safety standards, and quality management systems. The role demands strong communication skills, financial awareness, and a passion for mentoring others.Key Responsibilities
-Oversee compliance with CDM, H&S (IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent), and QMS standards.
-Manage WIP, billing, and budget control.
-Use Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools to maintain accurate records.
-Provide guidance and development to team members.
-Constructively challenge processes and decisions to drive improvement.
-What We're Looking For
-Experience within a healthcare estates environment, including knowledge and application of Health Technical Memoranda (HTMs)
-Proven experience in a compliance or facilities management role.
-HNC or equivalent in building services or engineering
-Mechanical or electrical background with relevant qualifications (or willingness to undertake training).
-Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
-Ability to thrive in a demanding client environment.
