We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Team Leader to join our team at Heathrow Airport. This role oversees a team of four and is ideally suited to someone with strong leadership skills and a solid background in cleaning operations.
The successful candidate will have proven experience supervising staff, managing shift patterns, coordinating annual leave and agency cover, monitoring absences, conducting return-to-work meetings, and supporting overall performance management.
Proficiency in MS Excel is essential, as you will be responsible for updating and maintaining cleaning schedules, working hours, and overtime records. A strong understanding of cleaning practices, COSHH regulations, machinery operation, and the safe use of chemicals is also required.

Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly in working collaboratively with the Night Team Leader, Senior Supervisors, and our client to ensure smooth operations and clear, consistent information flow.
