Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred care and support to individuals

Keep accurate records and work in line with care plans
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a support or care setting is preferred
A caring, reliable, and proactive approach
Driving licence preferred (travel between services or outings may be required)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
