At SEEAT, we believe that Inclusion underpins Excellence. We're proud of our journey so far, but our goal is to go further in ensuring that every child, whatever their need, thrives.
We're recruiting a SENCO and Inclusion Lead to strengthen our SEND and inclusion provision across the Trust.
This part-time (0.4 FTE) opportunity is flexible. You can choose to work 2 or 3 days per week. It's ideal for a talented SENCO or inclusion professional looking to advance into a Trust-wide role.
You'll hold QTS, the National SENCO Award (or equivalent), and a proven track record of improving provision for pupils with SEND. You'll be supported to develop your skills further through career progression opportunities within the Trust.
The central team is based at The Deanes, and travel between schools is expected.
Please apply now to find out more and join us on our journey to building a greater future for our children and young people.
