To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Education, or a related field
- Prior experience working with children with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on young lives
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using educational technology and resources
