Our Client is a well-established, family-run car garage and they are currently seeking a Service Admin/Warranty/Service Advisor to join their team based in Orpington
For your hard work our client is offering a salary of £32,000 basic.
Hours of work for this Service Administrator role are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour break), with optional overtime on weekends (garage is closed to the public on Saturdays).

Responsibilities:
- Produce and accurate invoice to allow for prompt payment
- Maintaining strong working relationships with Customers, Dealerships and Manufacturers
- Process job cards in conjunction with Manufacturers standard text and times
- Administer and process warranty, repair and maintenance claims to the manufacturer.
Requirements:
- Have a previous working experience within a Service Administrator role
- Experience of DMS
- Good customer service skills with technical understanding
- A very high level of accuracy and attention to detail
