About the Role

We are excited to open a new Barnardo's Children's Home and are looking for a committed and organised Service Administrator to join our team. This is a key role in supporting the smooth running of the home and ensuring that our children and young people receive the best possible care.

You will provide high-quality administrative support to the Registered Manager and the wider team, helping us maintain accurate records, manage communications, and coordinate essential processes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the children's home, including managing correspondence, filing, and data entry.
Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.
Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and supporting the team with day-to-day tasks.
Handle confidential information sensitively and professionally.


What We're Looking For

Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with digital systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to Barnardo's values and safeguarding principles.
