What You’ll Need
- Nursing qualification with valid NMC pin preferred
- Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-motivation skills

- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational priorities
