What You’ll Need

  • Nursing qualification with valid NMC pin preferred
  • Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-motivation skills
  • Passion for elderly care and a resident-focused approach
  • Ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational priorities

What You’ll Do

  • Provide strong leadership to the care and nursing team

  • Oversee all regulatory compliance and maintain high CQC standards
  • Manage recruitment, staff training, and professional development
  • Control budgets, resources, and occupancy, ensuring operational and commercial success
