What skills and experience we're looking for

The Michael Syddall CE (VA) Primary School is seeking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic and committed EYFS Lead Practitioner to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting role to work as lead practitioner in our EYFS Preschool setting. The role will involve having responsibility for FS1 but working in collaboration with the whole EYFS team. We would love you to come, join our growing wonderful team and be part of our school for the future.

We are looking for a practitioner who possesses the following qualities:

• Believes that children come first
• Is committed to supporting a learning environment that promotes excellence and the individual learning needs of all pupils.
• Can use their initiative
• Experience of supporting a range of lessons
• Experience in supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
• Flexibility in their approach and a commitment to team working.
• Be patient, caring, understanding, positive and supportive.
• Effective behaviour management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Have experience of working within EYFS
• Be willing to support all aspects of school life.
