Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

St Mary’s Primary School Richmond is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistant. We are looking for someone who has the vision and drive to make a significant impact in school and is committed to making a difference to the lives of our children.

Within the role there will be opportunities for further training and development. Thesuccessful candidate will work under the direction of the Headteacher.

We are looking for a new member of our team who will:

• Put children's safety and wellbeing first;

• Support the teacher in providing learning opportunities to ensure all children reach their potential;

To work under the guidance of teaching/senior staff and within an agreed system of supervision, to implement agreed work programmes with individuals/groups, in or out of the classroom.
