We’re now looking for an Independent Living Coordinator to join our team on a Permanent basis If you’re organised, proactive, have your own vehicle and ready to support the care and wellbeing of our residents, we’d love to hear from you.About the role Looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference every day? Join us as an Independent Living Coordinator and help create safe, supportive, and vibrant communities. In this rewarding position, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for tenants, offering personalised support that promotes independence and wellbeing. From building strong relationships to responding with empathy and care, you’ll ensure every individual feels respected and valued in their home. You will have the opportunity to provide tailored support to tenants, helping them maintain independence and confidence. Foster a welcoming environment that encourages social engagement and community spirit whilst responding to individual needs with compassion and professionalism. To succeed, you’ll need a driving licence and access to a vehicle, as you’ll work across our schemes in Bamber Bridge and occasionally provide cover in Fylde and South Ribble area - ensuring continuity of care where it’s needed most.
