- Develop and implement the company's quality strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the development and implementation of a robust Quality Management System (QMS).
- Drive compliance with GMP, ICH guidelines, and global regulatory standards.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and certification bodies.
- Oversee risk management activities and validation of processes and equipment.
- Manage supplier quality programs and conduct performance audits.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure effective CAPA processes.
- Support regulatory submissions and maintain compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to QA and QC teams to foster a culture of quality.
What you'll need to succeed
- Expertise in building and managing QMS systems from the ground up.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical quality management with deep knowledge of GMP compliance.
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional QA/QC teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of global regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA, MHRA).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Desirable: Advanced degree (M.Sc., PhD), experience with electronic QMS, and prior involvement in regulatory inspections.
