  • Develop and implement the company's quality strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a robust Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Drive compliance with GMP, ICH guidelines, and global regulatory standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and certification bodies.
  • Oversee risk management activities and validation of processes and equipment.
  • Manage supplier quality programs and conduct performance audits.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure effective CAPA processes.
  • Support regulatory submissions and maintain compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to QA and QC teams to foster a culture of quality.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Expertise in building and managing QMS systems from the ground up.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical quality management with deep knowledge of GMP compliance.
  • Leadership experience managing cross-functional QA/QC teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of global regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA, MHRA).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Desirable: Advanced degree (M.Sc., PhD), experience with electronic QMS, and prior involvement in regulatory inspections.
