Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
This is a key role in ensuring our school environment is safe, secure, and conducive to learning for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the school site, including maintenance, health and safety compliance, security, and overseeing contractors. You’ll work closely with school leaders and Trust colleagues to ensure the highest standards of site operations.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the school site is maintained to a high standard, supporting a safe and welcoming learning environment.Manage planned and reactive maintenance, liaising with contractors and suppliers.Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Support capital projects and site development initiatives.
What we’re Looking For
Proven experience in site or facilities management (school experience desirable).Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and building compliance.Excellent organisational and communication skills.A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work independently.A commitment to supporting inclusive education for pupils with SEND.
