The Social Work Admin Service delivers administrative support to front line Social Work teams within the Argyll and Bute HSCP.

We have a full time, permanent admin support worker vacancy within our systems support team which is ideally suited to someone with good organisational, IT and admin skills.
The systems support team is responsible for the roll out of the HSCP Electronic Document management system. The main duties of the post will be to collate and get case files ready for scanning, scan/upload the files into the EDM and index each document.
The post holder will assist the wider system support team to ensure essential tasks are completed and high-quality support is provided to all Social Work Services in regard to Recruitment, HR , archiving development of SharePoint and roll out of M365.
Candidates for the ASW role require to have:
- A good basic education
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft office applications
- Experience of office administration
- Understanding of confidentiality and data security
- An internal system check undertaken in order to access Social Work databases. A PVG check may also be required where there is regular contact with people.
