Operations & Fleet Scheduler

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations & Fleet Coordinator to join our clients team. This is an important, varied role supporting our clients fleet, field team, and warehouse operations, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing
  • Managing a small vehicle fleet, including route planning, tachographs, MOTs and general maintenance scheduling


  • Ensuring PODs and delivery documentation are accurate, complete, and properly filed


  • Liaising with customers to confirm delivery readiness, capacity, and timings


  • Scheduling and coordinating diaries and routes for a team of four field account managers


  • Supporting warehouse operations, including stock control and general logistics coordination


    What we’re looking for
    • Experience in logistics, fleet management, transport planning, or general operations support


    • Strong MS Office skills and overall IT confidence


    • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail


    • A clear, confident communicator who can work well with customers, drivers, and internal teams


    • Good understanding of UK geography, routes, and delivery planning


      What we offer
      • Salary £30,000 per annum dependant one experience


      • 23 days’ holiday + Bank Holidays
