Crynodeb
We would like to welcome an experienced RGN Qualified General Practice Nurse to join our team at Parkside. We are a GP practice serving over 7000 patients in Longsight Manchester. We are a friendly team consisting of Doctors, Nurses, Care coordinators, Health Care Assistants, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Clinical pharmacists, Care Co-ordinators, Focussed Care Practitioners, supported by Receptionists, Secretaries, IT and Administration staff. We are also joined by GP trainees and students from Manchester University The post we are recruiting for is to cover 30-37.5 per week on a permanent contract working at Parkside Medical Centre, Longsight Manchester. Experience in Chronic Disease Management is desirable as well as Childrens Immunisations, Cervical Screening, Travel Health, Wound Management, and an understanding of QOF. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently as well as be a good team player. The ability to work under pressure is essential. As an EMIS Web organisation, previous experience using this system would be desirable but not essential as full training would be given.
