Job Opportunity: IT Trainer (Contract) Location: Merseyside & Cheshire
Contract Type: Long-term day rate contract
Office Presence: Significant on-site presence required
We're looking for a skilled and proactive IT Trainer to support training delivery across multiple sites in the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in enabling staff to make the most of digital platforms and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver scenario-based training aligned with system implementation milestones and system readiness.
- Create engaging, user-friendly training materials including guides, hover-over explanations, and visual aids.
- Facilitate interactive 'show-and-tell' sessions tailored to varied audiences.
- Cascade information effectively across departments, adapting messaging for different user groups.
What you'll need to succeed
Essential Experience:
- Strong understanding of system implementation, project management and how projects impact training schedules.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training for digital platforms in a public sector setting.
- Ability to simplify complex terminology and processes for non-technical users.
