Crynodeb
Job Purpose: The key purpose of the role is to support the IG Compliance Manager by processing information requests for confidential patient information and health records under the Data Protection Act. The post holder must be able to demonstrate experience and a thorough understanding of all aspects of Information Governance in respect of the Data Protection Act with proven experience of working with stakeholders and employees on their awareness and understanding of IG, the post holder will evidence an excellent track record of processing Subject Access Requests Crucially, the post holder will support the IG Compliance Manager with the establishment and development of a departmental compliance programme. This will successfully complement the overall Digital Service strategy to actively monitor and evidence the Trusts compliance with key health and social care IG standards.
