Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and scheduling of project activities.
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate logistics for project meetings and events, including scheduling and preparing agendas.
Track project milestones and deliverables, updating stakeholders as necessary.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures throughout project cycles.
Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders.
Support budget tracking and resource allocation across projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in project support or similar role.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Annum: £16.59
