Step Teachers are looking to recruit two additional Primary trained teachers to join our team to support schools in the Clacton-on-sea area. These flexible opportunities are ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings. You’ll have the chance to work in welcoming environments where pupils are supported to achieve their best and staff collaborate to create engaging learning experiences.Duties as Primary School Supply Teacher:

• Deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
• Adapt teaching plans to meet the needs of different classes and year groups
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Follow school policies on behaviour management and safeguarding
• Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
• Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity of learning

Ideal Primary School Supply Teacher:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has at least 2 years of recent, referenceable school-based experience
• Demonstrates strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Flexible and adaptable to different school environments
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
