Are you the right person for the job?
You’ll thrive here if you’re committed to safeguarding, passionate about supporting young people, and confident working within a therapeutic environment. To join us at the Senior level, you will need:
• Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare
• At least 1 year of experience in a residential childcare role
• A manual driving licence
• Experience working directly with children in a residential setting

What will your role look like?
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the home and in shaping a stable, nurturing environment for young people aged 8 to 17. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing therapeutic care, independence skills, and educational support
• Guiding and supporting the wider staff team
• Playing an active role in care planning and ensuring high-quality practice
• Building positive, trusting relationships with young people
• Promoting emotional, social, and behavioural development
You’ll work within our therapeutic framework overseen by a Clinical Psychologist and supported by a specialist team, with all staff trained in PACE and PPR
