Summary
Envoy Nation is looking for a passionate Assistant Pastor (Evangelism & Outreach) with a heart for soul-winning, discipleship, and community engagement. The candidate must be a Spirit-filled Christian with a deep prayer life, strong communication skills, and the ability to mobilise and equip the church for evangelism.
Details of Duties
• Lead and oversee the Evangelism and Outreach department
• Organise crusades, evangelistic campaigns, and outreach events
• Train and mentor church members in evangelism and discipleship
• Develop evangelism strategies, resources, and follow-up systems
• Preach the gospel with clarity and biblical conviction
• Partner with local organisations for outreach opportunities
• Provide pastoral support to new believers and integrate them into the church
• Collaborate with pastoral team for church growth
Skills & Experience Required:
• In-depth knowledge of biblical evangelism principles
• Demonstrated experience in soul-winning and discipleship
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
• Organisational skills for campaigns and outreach planning
• Ability to engage cross-culturally in diverse communities
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Level 6)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years leading evangelism ministry
Additional Notes:
• Must be willing to work Sundays and evenings
• On-call pastoral support may be required
• Occupational requirement: practising Christian (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9)
• Expected to make Envoy Nation their home church
