As part of our continued growth, we are now seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to our Director. Key Responsibilities
As the PA to the Director, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the Director’s daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the Director’s diary, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
Acting as a first point of contact for clients, handling calls, emails, and enquiries professionally
Preparing meeting agendas, briefing notes, reports, and presentation materials
Supporting the preparation and organisation of client files, records, and documentation
Coordinating travel arrangements, events, and conferences
Assisting with workflow management and following up on key actions and deadlines
Drafting correspondence and maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality
Supporting basic financial administration, such as expenses and invoicing
Conducting research on behalf of the Director and wider leadership team
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated and reliable individual who can provide exceptional support and represent the firm with professionalism. Preferably, with 2 years of experience.
Essential Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
Confident working with numbers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Proactive, dependable, and eager to develop new skills
Friendly, positive, and client-focused approach
