Crynodeb
The post holder will: To contribute towards the smooth running and development of the department through effective teamwork. Contribute towards Quality Improvement and Clinical Governance. Ensure Health and Safety initiatives including audits are carried out within the departments. Will be expected to work independently/autonomously without direct supervision at times. Participate in the delivery of formal and informal teaching for the nursing staff and act as a resource for education and development within the service. To co-ordinate and manage the day to day running of outpatients. To recognize when to, and to escalate to the appropriate service. Communicate effectively with patients, visitors and staff.
