Are you a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner with a passion for Early Years education, looking for a rewarding new role from January to July?
A warm and welcoming, well-resourced school is seeking an enthusiastic TA to join their vibrant Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact, supporting young learners at a crucial stage in their development.

The Role

Your role will include:

You’ll be working Tuesdays only, between 8:25am and 4:00pm, providing support to children in a welcoming Nursery.

• A Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification is essential.
• Experience in EYFS is highly desirable and will help you flourish in this nurturing role
• Nurturing pupils’ learning in the classroom, offering gentle guidance and encouragement.
• Leading small, supportive group sessions that help children grow in confidence and understanding.
• Providing thoughtful, targeted support to help each pupil reach their personal learning goals.
• Working closely with class teachers and the wider team, building strong, positive partnerships.

• Have recent experience supporting children in Early years
• Demonstrate understanding of EYFS to support children’s learning and development effectively.
• Are proactive, reliable and confident supporting learning EY
• Build rapport quickly with pupils and staff
• Are committed to helping children succeed both emotionally and academically
