Summary

Required February 2026 - 25 hours per week (5 hours per day - Monday to Friday) - Term Time only + 1 INSET day

We are seeking to appoint a Reprographics Assistant (Maternity Cover) to join our busy Administration team.

The successful candidate will be required to provide a high quality, efficient and effective reprographics service and remain calm under pressure whilst being proficient at meeting deadlines.

Duties include:


General photocopying
Monitoring printer supplies and arranging orders
Liaising with the IT Department and photocopier service engineers when faults arise.
Providing cover on reception desk
Assisting with general administration duties (filing, distribution of mail etc)
First Aid
