The Get Britain Working White Paper sets an ambition for 80% of the population to be economically active. Currently, economic activity in the North East and North Cumbria fall significantly below the national average, with some local authority areas seeing one in three residents economically inactive.
andnbsp;
We are seeking a System Change Lead who will work across the North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care System to provide strategic leadership and programme management to deliver the ambitions of the Get Britain Working White Paper across the region. Working collaboratively with partners, you will lead the development and coordination of the North East and North Cumbria Health, Work and Skills Partnership. This includes building strategic relationships, aligning regional priorities, and ensuring effective governance and delivery mechanisms.

We are looking for an individual who can:
Demonstrate strong leadership and experience in work, health and skills
Show a passion for reducing health inequalities and improving outcomes
Build and influence relationships across health, care, and community systems
Develop and implement programmes that deliver measurable impact
Work collaboratively and innovatively with partners and communitiesandnbsp;
