Summary

As we grow, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who can support the next phase of our expansion.
Role and Responsibilities
*Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the IT services and training sector.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
*Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
*Prepare quotations, proposals, and professional presentations for potential clients.
*Conduct product and service demonstrations.
*Lead contract negotiations and close sales.
*Maintain accurate records of activities using CRM tools.
*Work collaboratively with technical and training teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.
*Produce regular forecast and performance reports for senior management.
*Represent Training Tips Ltd at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings.
Skills and Experience Required
*Experience in business development or sales within IT, software, or training sectors.
*Strong understanding of IT solutions, digital services, or technical training.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
*Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
*Ability to build long-term client relationships.
*Strong organisational and time-management skills.
*Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot (desirable).
