If so, we’d love you to join us at Stamford College as our Business Development Administrator (Maternity Cover).Working closely with our Group Apprenticeship Development Manager, you’ll play a key part in supporting the administration of our apprenticeship provision and helping us maintain the highest standards for learners, employers and staff.What You’ll Be DoingIn this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be responsible for:Ensuring all Apprenticeship documentation meets DfE compliance and audit standardsProcessing Apprenticeship completions, transfers and withdrawalsProcessing enrolments in liaison with the Management Information Services (MIS) teamChecking Data Lock reports and carrying out actions to resolveProcessing employer incentive payments in liaison with the Finance teamAssisting with employer co-investment invoices and queriesUpdating the weekly planned starts trackerOther general admin duties including enquiries into the inboxAbout YouWe’re looking for someone who brings:A Level 3 qualification in a relevant area and Level 2 English & MathsStrong administrative experience in a busy environmentConfidence communicating with learners, employers and staffExcellent organisation, accuracy and the ability to work under pressureGood IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)A collaborative, team-focused approach with a positive attitudeThe ability to handle confidential information professionallyAn understanding of safeguarding, equality and inclusive learning principlesExperience with apprenticeships or FE systems is a bonus—but not essential.Why Work With Us?As part of the Inspire Education Group, you’ll join a warm and welcoming department with a can-do ethos and a genuine commitment to supporting students and apprentices.
