What skills and experience we're looking for

Here at Pool, our vision of ‘Believe and Achieve’ is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking to appoint a fixed term SEN/D Teaching Assistant to join our happy, skilled and committed team. We wish to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated, caring and committed SEN/D Assistant, join our dedicated and hardworking team. Applicants should have good English and Maths skills, be effective communicators and have excellent organisational skills. Experience of supporting young children with SEN/D is preferred.

The successful candidate will create and maintain effective partnerships with parents, carers and the wider community to support and improve pupils’ achievement and personal development. Pool CE Primary School is committed to the professional development of all staff.
