My client is looking to recruit a site manager for a 38 week contract to carry out a refurbishment project.
Candidates must have worked for a main contractor in the past and worked on refurbishment and fit out projects previously.
The successful candidate must be able to display a hands on approach and is locally based to Southampton.
Candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid and be from a trades background with a solid work history as a site manager.
This is an immediate start for the right candidate.
