Job Title: Operations Supervisor
Location: Fraserburgh
Salary: £34,000 - £34,500
Our client is looking for an Operations Supervisor to join the team, overseeing the maintenance carried out on the site, overseeing two members of staff, reviewing and distributing the work to them and arranging subcontractors to carry out reactive maintenance.
In this role, you'll:
- Work closely with the Project & FM Manager to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage contractors and oversee projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure PPMs, housekeeping, and pre-audit checks are on point.
- Provide technical advice, tender for minor projects, and assist with other contracts as needed.

- Commercial awareness and the ability to manage change successfully.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
