Summary
Job objectives and responsibilities
-Contract Management - to meet applicable FM contract costs
-Projects Minor.
-PPM Subcontract.
-Work in conjunction with Project & F.M Manager.
-As per roles, responsibilities with reference to the Hard & Soft Services of the centre.
-Undertake any additional tasks issued as and when required by Line Management
-
Main duties
-Liaise with team (as planned) Team Brief.
-Advise on MRFs. Technical issues- as required.
-Tender minor projects.
-Assist in managing other contracts as required.
-Manage, oversee, projects (capital/minor) from inception to completion.
-Manage Contractors
-Manage PPMs Tbt,s Houskeeping pre audit checks
