What You’ll Be Doing:
• Providing 1:1 and paired support for pupils with autism
• Encouraging communication, social skills, and classroom engagement
• Working alongside skilled SEN and teaching staff to personalise learning
• Supporting students with structured routines and clear expectations
• Helping implement strategies from therapists and SEN professionals
Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant For this Westminster School:
• Graduate (2:2 or above) with a keen interest in special educational needs
• Calm, reliable, and ready to commit until July 2026
• Experience with autism or SEN (preferred but not essential)
• Eager to learn, proactive, and compassionate
