Mental Health Nurse | £20.80 per hour | Full-Time

What We’re Looking For
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or equivalent NMC registration.
- Experience working with complex dementia, mental health conditions, or challenging behaviours.
- Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
- Confident communication and the ability to build trust with residents and families.
- A calm, resilient approach when supporting individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred mental health and dementia nursing care.
- Support residents with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
- Carry out assessments, care planning, and risk management.
- Work closely with families, MDT colleagues, and external professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold safeguarding standards.
