About this role
We are seeking a highly organised, pro-active, and experienced School Administrator Level 2 to join the busy, friendly administrative team at Moorhouse Academy. This is a vital role supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our vibrant school community.
The Watergrove Trust is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust, situated in the West Pennine area, where community and faith schools work in partnership to serve our diverse local area. The schools share the same drive and determination to promote the best possible academic standards, whilst developing children of unique character, preparing them well for their lives ahead.
The Trust currently has nine member schools:
- Wardle Academy, Falinge Park High School and Matthew Moss High School (Secondary)
- Kentmere Academy, St. James’ CE Primary School, St. Andrew’s C of E Primary School & Moorhouse Academy, Sandbrook Community Primary School and St Marys CE Primary School (Primary)

We are looking for someone who is:
- Committed to completing work to a high standard
- Has a willingness to learn and develop with the school
- Versatile and responsive to the ever changing requirements of a busy school whilst being able to remain calm!
- Able to contribute effectively to the established school ethos
- Able to use a range of IT platforms to complete business and finance tasks
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality and has an understanding of the importance of safeguarding.
