About Our Service:
We deliver personalised, tailor-made care packages that focus on each customer’s wellbeing, independence, and dignity. As part of our values-led team, you’ll help clients with daily routines, personal care, companionship, and real engagement—ensuring every day is meaningful.
Key Responsibilities:
Support clients with practical daily tasks, medication prompts, and personal care
Encourage independence, confidence, and social interaction
Build rapport and trust through friendly, respectful support
Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider team
Respond calmly to challenging situations, safeguarding client wellbeing
Work flexibly to cover daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
Requirements:
Previous care/support experience is an advantage—but full training provided
Warm, caring personality and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Right to work in the UK and willingness to complete a DBS check
