Sales Consultant – Premium Automotive Brand
Thames Ditton (Main Dealer) | OTE £60k+ | Company Car
My client is seeking a proven, high-performing Sales Consultant to join their successful premium-brand dealership in Thames Ditton. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a strong track record in automotive retail who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What’s on Offer
• £25,000 basic salary
• OTE £60,000+ (based on selling approx. 180 cars per annum with strong finance & product penetration)
• Company car + fuel allowance (from home to work)
• Commission holiday pay
• 22 days’ holiday + bank holidays
• Work with a respected premium brand at a well-established main dealer
Hours of Work
• Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Saturday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Sunday & Bank Holidays: 10:00am – 4:00pm (rota basis approx. 1 in 3)
• One day off in lieu every week to compensate for Saturday working
About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will:
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience, guiding customers through the entire sales process
• Maximise vehicle, finance, and product sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed dealership targets
• Represent a leading premium brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
About You
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a successful track record in automotive sales
• Demonstrates strong communication and customer service skills
• Is driven, organised, and target-oriented
• Thrives in a busy, high-volume retail environment
• Holds a full UK driving licence
