Job Title: Internal Sales
Location: Burton-on-Trent
Hours: Monday - Friday 7am-5:30pm (can be flexible)
Pay: £35,000 + bonuses (monthly, quarterly and annually)
This is a permanent role.
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our client's team, based within the Burton-on-Trent area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Sales & customer service, and a strong ability to engage with clients, helping them find the right products to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Building relationships with existing clients & Key Accounts, with focus on increasing spend.
- Establishing relationships with new and prospect clients.
- Developing new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails and follow ups.
- Answering customer questions and resolve queries.
- Managing customers' orders and cross selling products.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work well within a team while also being self-motivated.
