Summary
Apply today to work as a Claims Administrator for our client's busy site, which deals with collaborative logistics systems where independent transport companies work together to efficiently collect, sort, and deliver palletised freight across regions.
Staffline is recruiting Claims Administrators in Swadlincote.
The rate of pay is £13.34 per hour.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are:
- 8am to 4pm
- 9am to 5pm
Your Time at Work
As a Claims Administrator your duties include:
- Being responsible for the administration of Cradle to Grave and Full Value Cover.
- Carrying out required daily insurance procedures, which include -
Processing of claims starts to finish, QC report, Internal discrepancy, FLTD error report, FVC entry, payments, salvage, monitor of claims and personal inboxes, entry of claims outside of the norm, DAMR, held pallets from the warehouse.
- Correspond with members regarding liability claims and procedures, to assist in the training of new Members on the Claims system, Road Haulage Association Guidelines, as well as the entire claims procedure.
- Maintain address book and email support logs.
- Check and action Quantified Claim returns and process all new claims and replies.
- Update and maintain records accurately.
- Respond to incoming claims communication via e-mail and telephone.
- Maintain records on missing pallets and highlight any issues, Director.
- Report serious implications to the Director.
- Ensure communication and help is given to Depots on Full Value Cover.
- Provide data figures for Full Value Cover to all necessary departments.
- Provide monthly delivery charges request for insurers and TPNL Finance.
- BRD request to be sent to insurers weekly.
- Internal discrepancy report for all hubs.
- Weekly report of internals to be sent to nominated colleagues.
- Produce and distribute the weekly report of internals
